Gordon "Gordy" Curphy, PhD.

He attended the United States Air Force Academy, taught leadership at the Academy, and obtained a PhD in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the University of Minnesota.

Gordy held numerous leadership positions while in the US Air Force, served as an Adjunct Faculty Member at the Center for Creative Leadership, and was a General Manager for a large international consulting firm.

In these roles he had ex-pat assignments, started up new offices, launched new teams, turned around under-performing offices, developed new business, managed global clients, and managed P&Ls.

Robert Hogan, PhD.

Robert "Bob" Hogan, PhD. 

Bob is an international authority on leadership, teams, and organizational effectiveness and is widely recognized for his innovations in personality testing.

Bob has written more than 300 journal articles, chapters and books. He is the co-editor of the Handbook of Personality Psychology and has published the Hogan Personality Inventory, the Hogan Development Survey, the Motives Values and Preferences Inventory, and the Hogan Business Reasoning Inventory.

Bob earned a PhD from the University of California, Berkeley and was McFarlin Professor and Chair of the Department of Psychology at the University of Tulsa for 17 years. Prior to that, he as Professor of Psychology and Social Relations at Johns Hopkins University. Bob currently serves as the President of Hogan Assessment Systems.

Bob has received numerous research and teaching awards and is a fellow of the American Psychological Association and the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
