Science Behind The Rocket Model™

The Rocket Model™ for Team Leadership was created based on more than 30 years of scientific research and studies of groups and teams.

literature REVIEW

Prior to creating the model, we had reviewed the works of prominent authors and researchers focused on teamwork and leadership: Ginnett, Hackman, Hogan & Hogan, Katzenbach, Lencioni, Smith or Tuckman to name just a few. The goal being to build on the decades of science and best practices, making sure that the model integrates what already works.

created for BUSINESS practicE

After building the model, individual activities were field-tested directly in managerial and organizational practice, mostly as part of leadership and team development programs in multinational corporations and the US Air Force. This was done to make sure the model is simple, practical and immediately applicable.
